10K
Our main run. 10 kilometers divided into 4 laps through the old town of Tübingen and across the Umbrian-Provençal market. Sure, Tübingen is a bit hilly, but you are always surrounded by a magnificent backdrop and loud cheering.
Please note: We are starting two 10K races. Which race you run in is based on your stated target time. We will inform you of this by email two weeks before the race.

5K
Run with us for 5 kilometers on two loops through Tübingen's old town and across the Umbrian-Provençal market. Magnificent scenery, special atmosphere: you can do it!
Entry fee: €24 (incl. 1pair of high-quality running socks if registered by June 28, 2026)

Team Challenge
Running is a team sport! In our Team Challenge, you complete the 10 kilometers through Tübingen's old town and across the Umbrian-Provençal market as a team of two. Each person runs twotimes one lap (you change with your teammate after each lap) – at the finishyou celebrate your success together.
Entry fee: €48 (incl. 1pair of high-quality running socks for each team member if registered by June 28, 2026)
Registration deadline: September 06, 2026
Late registration: €58 – online from September 07, 2026 until 2 hoursbefore the start (only while stocks last)
Junior Run
Running is really fun! With us, kids and young people experience the full energy of running and immerse themselves in the special flair of the Tübinger Erbe Lauf free of charge. After a joint warm-up, the youngsters run the following distances:
Junior Run - wU10 (2017-2018): 1000m
Junior Run - mU10 (2017-2018): 1000m
Junior Run - U12 (2015-2016): 1000m
Junior Run - U14 (2013-2014): 1000m
Junior Run - U16 (2011-2012): 5K

BG Handbike Challenge

Social Partner
How do I donate to the social partner?
You can support oursocial partner at the Erbe Lauf by passing through the donation gate inMühlstraße. You donate €5 each time you pass through.
After the Erbe Lauf, you will receive an information e-mail about your donation.
In addition to your personal donation, Erbe Elektromedizin GmbH, the main sponsor of the TübingerErbe Lauf, will donate a further 50 cents for every kilometer you run. All youhave to do is run.
Who is this year's social partner?
The children's and youth circus Zambaioni e.V. was founded in 1994 to offer children and young people a creative, active, and social space. Circus arts are open to everyone here – regardless of experience, ability, or disability. Today, Zambaioni has around 700 members, with around 260 children and young people training regularly at the circus and gaining strength for their future.

Can I cancel my registration at a later date?
It is not possible to withdraw from the Erbe Lauf. Due to the organizational costs incurred by the registration, we are unfortunately unable to refund the entry fee.
Can I win something?
Sure - you just have tobe faster than the others. We honor the following classes:
Junior Run:
- The fastest three girls and boys in their respective age groups
10K Run:
- The fastest threemen and women overall
- The fastest team of4 in the company classification, team classification (min. 1 female teammember)
Team Challenge:
The fastest men's, women's and mixed team
BG Handbike Challenge:
The fastest three women and three men
Special classification:
The largest team (largest number of finishers) across the 10K, 3K and Team Challenge competitions
TüTrophy:
Overall winner men and women
What about changing rooms, showers & toilets?
The portable toilets are locatedon Uhlandstraße and Europaplatz.
Showers and changing facilities are available in the Uhlandhalle (Uhlandstraße28).
Can I drop off my luggage?
Of course. You will findthe baggage drop-off point in the (Uhlandhalle 28). You can also pick it uphere after your run.
Opening hours: Sunday, September 20, 2026 from 09:30 am to 2:00 pm.
To mark your luggage, you will find a tear-off on your race number, which you attach to your luggage.
No liability is accepted for valuables handed in.
There is no luggage storage for the Junior Runs.
Is there an event shirt?
Of course! You can find all information about the event shirt here: To the T-Shirt.
The eventshirt can only be ordered until June 28, 2026. After that only while stocks last.
When do I have to be where?
At the Erbe Lauf, the music plays on Uhlandstraße and Europaplatz in Tübingen. This is where you will find the start, finish, collection of starting documents, luggage storage and award ceremony.
If you scroll up a little, you will find our schedule. We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes in advance. If you still have to pick up your race number, then you should allow 45-60 minutes.
Where do I get my starting documents?
You can pick up your racenumber on Saturday or Sunday at the „Mensa” (Uhlandstraße 30).
Insider tip: Picking up your race number on Saturday is usually a little more relaxed.
Saturday, September 19, 2026: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday, September 20, 2026: from 8 a.m.

What is the TüTrophy?
The “TüTrophy presented by Intersport Räpple” is a combined ranking event held together with the Mey Generalbau Triathlon.
In this year’s premiere of the series, participants must complete the short distance at the Mey Generalbau Triathlon and the 10K at the Erbe Lauf. The ranking is determined by simply adding the times from both races—the fastest total time wins!
Everyone who finishes the respective distances at both events in 2026 is automatically included in the ranking—no separate registration is required. The results will be announced during the awards ceremony of the Erbe Lauf on September 20, 2026, where the fastest woman and man will be honored.
